We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service (or any part or content thereof including the conference programme, presenters, venue and content) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Products or services

Certain services may be available exclusively online through the website. They may have limited quantities and are subject to withdrawal or cancellation as necessary.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images within this website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any services that we offer. All descriptions of services or service pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

5.1 Conference and event booking

The following terms apply to ‘Conferences’ and ‘Events’ whether held online or at a venue.

In order to book/purchase a ticket for a conference or event advertised on this website you must provide us with all required information on the booking form. We ask for this data in order to properly register attendees for the conference or event and in order to complete online payments through payment gateways. Please see our Privacy Policy.

You must ensure that all the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for checking your information before and after booking/ticket purchase and in any correspondence with us and letting us know immediately if there are changes. Please use the contact details below to request changes to your booking, providing your booking details and a copy of your booking confirmation email if possible.

5.3.1 Payment

Unless stated otherwise we require you to make payment in full using your Credit or Debit Card, or Apple Pay and Google Pay if available. You can also select to pay by invoice, whereupon you will be contacted separately with instructions on making payment using Bank Transfer.

We do not accept checks/cheques or credit card payments directly. DDPI Worldwide does not accept payments that require Purchase Orders to be set up.

All bookings are considered Pending until we mark them as Confirmed. We reserve the right not to confirm a booking until full payment has been received.

i. Substitutions – Substitutions for attendees are arranged at our discretion, please contact with your substitution information as soon as possible before the event.

ii. User booking/ticket cancellation – We reserve the right to levy a fee in the event of user booking/ticket cancellation. More than eight weeks prior to the event, fee is 25% of the purchase ticket price; between four and eight weeks prior, fee is 50% of the purchase ticket price; less than four weeks: fee is 100% of the purchase ticket price.

Please contact d to request a cancellation, providing your booking details and a copy of your booking confirmation email if possible.

Any applicable refunds should be made within 14 working days.

iii. Cancellation – DDPI Worldwide reserves the right to postpone or cancel events.

  1. If a scheduled event cannot go ahead and this can be foreseen, for example, due to insufficient registrations, pandemic or government restrictions regarding events, DDPI Worldwide will provide those registered for the event with at least 28 days’ notice of postponement or cancellation.
  2. In the event of postponement DDPI Worldwide will provide an alternative date for the event and will make every effort to provide this in a timely manner. You will have the option of rescheduling for the new dates or receiving a full refund of registration fees
  3. In the event of cancellation DDPI Worldwide will refund some or all of the ticket price paid for the event to the person registered to attend or the company that registered the person’s attendance.
    1. Any applicable refunds should be made within 14 working days.
    2. If an event is postponed or cancelled DDPI Worldwide will not be responsible for any expense incurred apart from the ticket price.
    3. In the event that the named DDPI Worldwide event facilitator/presenter cannot deliver the event due to, for example illness, DDPI Worldwide reserves the right to replace the named facilitator/presenter with a facilitator/presenter of equivalent DDP certification and/or experience.

iv. For booking/ticket cancellation and DDPI Worldwide cancellation – In the event that a scheduled event has to be cancelled in circumstances:

  1. Beyond anyone’s control, that is circumstances that are external to both parties, unforeseeable, and unavoidable: a force majeure such as a pandemic, extreme weather

DDPI Worldwide will make every effort to provide an alternative date for the conference or event and will make every effort to provide this in a timely manner or will refund the ticket price as per the conditions stated in clause iii.c. above.

v. Tickets – We do not provide separate tickets sent through the mail. Please print out and use your booking confirmation email as a proof of your booking.

Please note: We do not accept checks/cheques or credit card payments directly. DDPI Worldwide does not accept payments that require Purchase Orders to be set up.

6. Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all services available. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates that are held by us or third-party services, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

On completion of your ticket purchase a private user account for this website will be created for you. It will remain active until 2 months after the conference or event which you purchased tickets for, upon which it will be deleted.

Depending on your purchase you may have access to:

  • Name, Email and Password
  • Booking information
  • Ticket information
  • Conference or event materials such as downloadable brochures,
  • Live streaming video of the conference or event
  • Recorded sessions from the conference or event, after it has finished

As part of these Terms and Conditions you agree not to share this account, including your username and password, with any other individual or company.

DDPI Worldwide accepts no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of information provided by you for the creation and use of your user account.

Access to a user account is determined by DDPI Worldwide only. We reserve the right to grant or remove access to a user account at any time for any reason.

By gaining access to your user account you agree to follow all applicable sections of these terms and conditions and to use the account in good faith. You may access and change your personal information such as your name, email and password. If you require any other changes to your details, please make a request by emailing .

You may request removal from this website at any time. You understand that by removing your user account you will lose access to any and all materials for private user account use such as; booking and ticket information, downloadable PDF materials, streaming video access and recorded sessions.

11. Event conduct

DDPI Worldwide may (at its sole discretion) refuse admission to, or eject from the Conference, any person in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who in the opinion of DDPI Worldwide represents a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the Conference. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by DDPI Worldwide or the venue owners at the Event.

11. 1 Recording disclaimer

All unauthorised photography and the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material is expressly prohibited. By registering for this event you consent to filming and sound recording and photography of the Conference as a delegate and you consent to the use by DDPI Worldwide of any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing and other purposes.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies And Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to service or product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. In no case shall Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy Training Institute Worldwide or DDP Connects UK CIC, any directors of the latter two organisations, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
